I'm not in the place to tell, what's ideal or not.

Pasti, setiap orang punya gambaran ideal atas sesuatu. Tidak terkecuali aku.

Tetapi manusia tahu apa, kadang yang kita anggap buruk bisa jadi membawa kita kepada kebaikan, begitu pula sebaliknya. Bukannya yang terpenting itu adalah, bagaimana kita menyikapi keadaan tersebut?

Describe the last nightmare you remember having. What do
you think it meant?

Kapan terakhir kalian mimpi buruk?
Nyeremin gak sih? Apa masih terbayang jelas sampai sekarang?

Mimpi burukku sendiri, sudah agak lama.
Pertama, aku jarang banget mimpi dalam tidur. Kalaupun ada, itupun cuma sekelebat adegan-adegan yang tidak bisa terdefinisikan begitu aku bangun.

Lupa.
Sesimpel itu.
Dan aku anggap gak punya makna.
Selalu seperti itu.

Tapi kurang lebih sebulan lalu,
aku kaget sendiri dengan yang kusaksikan jelas dengan panca inderaku saat itu.

...

Disana, didepan kaca vanity. Ada wanita duduk memeluk kakinya yang diangkat kekursi dengan sandaran. Wajahnya kurang jelas karena ditutupi rambut panjang yang acak-acakan. Tapi aku bisa melihat tatapan penuh benci yang menerobos, memantul dari kaca vanity didepannya.

Ada yang pakai kawat gigi? atau mungkin berencana pasang kawat gigi dalam waktu dekat ini?

Entah untuk alasan estetik atau medik, kita semua pasti mengharapkan senyum yang lebih sehat dan indah setelah pemasangan kawat gigi selesai. As for me, tiga bulan lagi! aku bebas kawat gigi! Yeiy~~ :D

Selain perawatan kebersihan sehari-hari dan cek-up rutin di dokter gigi kamu, ada baiknya juga mengetahui makanan apa yang tepat untuk para pemakai kawat gigi ketahui.

Yep, untuk yang sudah pakai kawat gigi pasti dokter gigi kamu wanti-wanti beberapa jenis makanan yang tidak boleh dikonsumsi kan?!

Just plain chocolate or vanilla ice cream is perfect already. I prefer chocolate flavor though.

Emm.. semua es krim coklat sebenarnya.. :9

o2. Fruits

Mother of all dessert! Fresh fruits~ all kind, all type.. all taste.

You can eat as it is, dibekukan.. atau diolah jadi dessert berbagai bentuk! Um.. fruits~ seharusnya ini nomer satu, tapi namanya juga random order.

Favorit? aku suka semuaaa.. <3

Pilates ternyata gak segampang kelihatannya. Tapi Cassey membuat itu terlihat "bisa dilakukan" dan yang pasti menyenangkan. Personalitinya yang bubbly dan enerjik, bisa membuat kamu lupa kalau otot-otot ditubuhmu menjerit-jerit kesakitan! Dengan ajaib, trainer mungil ini meyakinkan kalau rasa sakit yang kamu alamin itu kebalikannya. You love the pain! Totally love it! Brainwashed! She's amazing.

Dan aku termasuk salah satu korban "cuci otak"-nya dia. Paling gak, untuk yang ini aku menyerah! Exercise makes you feel better. Lots of Endorphin, lots of love.. <3

Yep, this post related to my "endless" diet. literally dying right now. but in joy. *weird person* :'9 Finally, me and my dieter buddy get on the same boat this time. Setelah sekian lama tidak menghiraukan angka timbangan dan kualitas berikut kuantitas makanan beberapa bulan ini -yang menyebabkan weight gain- *yay me!*

So our diet starts today!

proud to tell you, one of my last year resolution to lose some weight succeeded!!

Tahun kemarin, aku berhasil turunin 10 - 11 kg, and made a big different to my physique.

Aku gak menentang program yang sedang booming itu, tapi aku sama sekali gak perlu O** atau obat diet sekalipun to lose any of my weight, .. :9
