I'm not sure with myself today!
Failing on my plan for portion control and food option! *diet story alert* I mean, my will power not strong enough. I guess..

Have you ever?
Feeling unbreakable, and suddenly falling into a state where you just want to give up and say to yourself. I don't think I can do this anymore!




What's bugging me is not the diet, it's me and my so-called enthusiasm. Comes and fades quickly!
I guess I'm not believing myself enough to finish it.
The "diet" just one tiny example of life case.
Well, you know the rest.. :P

You fail on something, and you blame yourself.
You punishing yourself for letting you down.. and you falling deeper..
You hate yourself even more..
..
too much? haha..

The answer is simple, we all know it.. *roll eyes*
Get up, Believe, Forgive, Give yourself a chance (again) .
Hurts or bleeds is the part of life.
We all know, we all can do it.. but do we want to??
