Phase two of my April Weight loss.
so~ I will continuing to answered 7 Question from the 30 days weight loss challenge. 
Day 8
Your workout routine.
the easiest of all. lots of move, include walking.
house chores and daily activities. the idea is not letting your body to sit too much and not burning those extra calories.

I got some of my fave workout on YouTube also,
first is "Leslie Sansone 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk"


This is all ages workout, and still burning lots of cal. good for your heart too. yess.. like it.. :D
I did the 3 miles is the morning before breakfast, and the last 2 after Magrib Praying.

FYI, for 1 mile approximately you burn 60 cal. 5 mile equals, 300 cal.
no  way.. sob..
300 cal equals 3 hard boiled eggs! or 3 glass of low-fat milk. or.. you name it.. so watch out for your food also.. TT-TT

second is, "Victoria's Secret Model Workout: 10-Minute Fat-Blasting Circuit"

Love this workout, make sure you repeat 2 or 3 times for a better result.
it sure a fat-blaster! after 10 min your heart rate will up, out of breath! :D
feel free to rest and drink some water between this circuit training.
I'm doing this one for 2 times only. 3, on the weekend.

Day 9
Did people ever make comment about your weight in a negative way?
there's a time.. long time a go.. :D
but I think that's not a thing to remember anymore. I want to do this for me. even their previous comment somehow makes me work harder and I will keep going. osh!


Day 10
What was the hardest thing you gave up during this "weight loss"
Umm... snacking chips, french fries, and Ice creammmmm~~~ :DDD
but I will find a way so I can snack LOW CAL and eat Ice cream without ruin my calorie restriction.. XD


Day 11
Your favourite thinspo blog and why.
don't have.. sometimes just googling and see inspirational pics on Pinterest, testimonial vid on Youtube.


Day 12
What do you normally eat.
I eat fried food, white rice (lot of it, love it), snacking everything, sugary drink, and fried food, and.. lol
stop!
but that't few months ago. now I cannot eat till I'm extremely full and continue grabbing other foods. wuhuu..~~


Day 13
Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
I've tried fad and crash diet.
the 3 days diet, 400 cal diet, lemonade diet which not last until night, and now.. the ABC diet. this day is Day 1. the re-take of Day 1, because yesterday I binge at night. haha..

I'm not saying that you can also do this diet or not to do this diet. just make your own choices, look what's best for your body. and try not to have eating disorder! :D

I know this is likely unhealthy, but I want to raise my self control a little wee bit.
I'm in my plateau, and entering the phase where I'm so bored with dieting and weight myself!!
If I'm keep myself like the way I used too, I will gaining all the pounds that I've been working out to cut for the last 7 months. So I will try harder.
I promise myself I will make sure I can eat lots of healthy food with less cal. will start to search for information.

Note, I'm not doing exercise if I'm in low cal diet.


Day 14
What's your UGW? When you expect to reach it?
I'm aiming 94,5 lbs by 15th of May 2013.

I'm not trying to torture myself. I just want to have that self control!!
because I need it badly.
