Insya Allah, delapan hari lagi bulan Ramadhan. Yay!
And me, feel like wanna lose some extra pounds.

Walaupun bukan urgent thing yang masuk tenggang waktu. but I need it.
Craving it like whoa!:D
Lots of diet and weight loss method won't work if the person itself don't have faith about her/himself. Buku H*pnolangsing yang aku beli beberapa minggu lalu aja cuman jadi tambahan motivasi bisu lol. alias abis baca didiemin aja *tutup muka*. Bukan karena bukunya, tapi lebih karena mood person-nya sedang unstable.. XD
Recently, I'm doing the classic one. Not eating after 6, and drink lots of water. Oh, and also think and feel good about myself. Positive thoughts implant to my brain!:D
Last but not least. Move more!! Efek domino dari berfikir positif and feel happy.
because when I feel positive, I will get energetic easily.. :P
Katanya sih diet plan gak boleh diceritain, takutnya ntar gak jadi-jadi gitu deh.
